ELA (Elettaria cardamomum).
Ayurvedic Medicine The generic name for “Elaichi.” It aids in reducing inflammation and has excellent antibacterial and antifungal properties. Cardamon is frequently referred to as the “queen of spices” because it is used to flavour food in many cultures. In addition to its culinary uses, cardamom also helps treat kidney disorders, throat congestion, gum and tooth infections, and bile discharge from the body.
